Q: How do I begin this process?
A: See for yourself: We hope you have found this web page
helpful in seeing some of what Caretel is all about. A large part of this process, however, begins with the relationship
we establish with each family involved in this process. That can happen with a telephone call or by a visit. But,
personal contact is very important. That is a quality we value and is important to your well being as well as the well
being of the residents who live here. We want to know you and for you to have a relationship with our staff.
Discuss and assess your need/situation: This can happen amongst you and your family
members and/or with the administrative staff at Caretel. When you are found in this situation, there generally hasn't
been experience doing this before. Our experience with this process can save you time and emotional energy. This
can happen over the phone or in person.
Look at room options and cost: The cost is determined by the accommodations
you choose. Each of our 16 different room designs are decorated and designed differently. Each room design is
also a different layout and size.
The size and layout of each room determines the cost. Our room names are A- Aster, B- Begonia or Buttercup, C- Carnation
or Corebel, D- Daffodil, E- Eucalyptus, F- Fuschsia and Foxyglove, G- Gardenia and Geranium, H- Hosta and Hyacinth, I- Iris,
J- Jasmine, L- Lilly.

Q: What housing options do you provide?
A: We currently have 3 Inns for our residents: each licensed for 20 residents. Each Inn has their own dining
rooms and family entrances. The Inns are adjoined, yet separate. This enable opportunities for residents to visit
and/or participate in events being held in other Inns.
The Arlington House Inn and the Bristol House Inn are for the elderly who are alert, but need physical assistance.
The Dover House Inn is a specially designed unit for residents with mild to moderate dementia or more complicated physical
needs. This Inn provides specialized programs with walking space in a secure, supervised environment. The security
system is arranged to allow freedom and security.
Within the 3 Inns, we have 16 different room designs. Being able to offer this variety of room layouts and decor
provides individual choice and pricing options.
